Hi, I’m the creator of Filter Ferret. I started this site after returning one too many pieces of furniture that looked great online but didn’t fit the space I had in mind.

Why This Site Exists

Online furniture shopping has a measurement problem. Product listings bury dimensions in long spec tables, use inconsistent formats, and rarely help you visualize whether a piece will actually work in your room. Filter Ferret puts dimensions front and center — width, height, and depth for every product — so you can shop with confidence.

How We Select Products

Every product featured on this site is independently researched. We look at verified buyer reviews, manufacturer specifications, and real-world measurements to provide accurate dimension information. Our recommendations are based on build quality, value, and — most importantly — whether the dimensions are clearly documented and accurate.

Editorial Independence

While we earn commissions through the Amazon Associates Program when you purchase through our links, this never influences which products we recommend. We feature products based on merit and accurate dimension data, not commission rates. Products that don’t have clear, reliable dimension information don’t make it onto the site.
